Educational Meetings

DALLAS

At 1:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month (except August, when we take a break), we host a General Membership Meeting in Dallas, which includes presentations by experts in a field related to the needs of those with Parkinson's disease as well as inspirational or motivational speakers. After the presentation, there is time for questions, followed by a social hour with snacks. These are free and open to all who are interested.

Also, in April, July, and December, we have a luncheon, which begins at 12:30 p.m. instead of 1:00 p.m. Some of our recent speakers and topics include:

MCKINNEY

At 10:00 a.m. on the third Tuesday of each month (except August, when we take a break), we host a support group meeting in McKinney, which may include a live or pre-recorded presentation by an expert in a field related to the needs of those with Parkinson's disease, or an inspirational/motivational speaker. After the presentation, there is time for questions, followed by social time with snacks. These are free and open to all who are interested.

At 6:00 p.m. on the last Monday of each month, we host a support group meeting in Duncanville, which usually includes a presentation by an expert in a field related to the needs of those with Parkinson's disease, or an inspirational/motivational speaker.
