March 2020 Dallas Monthly Educational Series

DAPS' monthly Dallas Educational Series

Dr. Eric Farbman, MD

Our Dallas March Monthly Educational Series will be on:

Monday, March 9th—1 PM to 3 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Speaker: Eric Farbman, MD

Topic: Parkinson’s Disease and the Management of Off Episodes

What causes off episodes? What exactly are off episodes? Hear from Dr. Farbman of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Ambassadors Dave and Charice of Washington, D.C.

When Dave’s symptoms increased to the point that they interfered with his beloved golf game, he finally went to see a new neurologist. After confirming the diagnosis of PD, he received treatment. Dave’s treatments worked for a while until he had more and more off episodes, and his golf game was once again affected. His neurologist told him about APOKYN® and Dave was happy to try it. It’s a game-changer for Charice, as she no longer has to worry about leaving Dave alone. Now Dave and Charice are back to their social events and he is back to his “off-site meetings”—a.k.a. his Wednesday golf games.

Light snacks will be served!
